We are Elder Derek Payne's parents from Utah, and we wish to thank you for taking good care of Derek while he served so long in your area. How lovely to hear from you both (Elder Payne told us you wouldn't read blogs so we're glad you checked ours out!). We wish Elder Payne all the best in his new area and hope he has a great Christmas. It's not easy being in an area where people aren't really interested in hearing the gospel message and he did a great job to hang in there obediently for so long. You should be very proud of him. He's a great missionary. We look forward to you visiting here some day.
